Frank is my best friend! He allows me to go everywhere and anywhere. Here we are at the top of the Space Needle. There are days I would never be able to manage my Trigeminal Neuragial or PTSD without him. Service animals are truly a blessing. This angel just happens to have a tail and a super slobbery smile.
