Pet's Story or Bio
Dixie was transferred to the Humane Society of Memphis & Shelby County from the Memphis Animal Shelter to give her another chance at living. She had been adopted and returned to the Humane Society after about 4 months. In September 2016 we went to the Humane Society looking for a dog and saw Dixie’s adorable eyes and knew that she was the one. With a great deal of love and persistent work she has overcome her fear of abandonment and knows she has found her forever home.
