Pet's Story or Bio
Sophia was found in a cage kept by an insane hoarder. She and 21 other small dogs were taken out of their cages only so she could change their doggie clothes and then put back in. Luckily her granddaughter found out when she visited and took as many as she could home to find homes amongst her friend. She called a no kill shelter to house the rest . I was the lucky friend to get Sophia, a 4 lb teacup poodle . She actually weighed 3 lbs when I got her, as she had very little muscle tone from being inactive. I trained her in baby steps, as she had never experienced grass or the outside. She is a bright dog and learned very fast . Loves the back yard, chases squirrels, follows me up and down the stairs , and now has an occasional barking opinion
