Thank you for your interest in our Costume Contest fundraiser! We are raising money to provide resources, services, and assistive equipment to people with disabilities in Northwest Missouri. To learn more about how the funds will be used, visit meril.org/help.


The photo with the most votes will win a $200 Visa gift card, second place will win a $100 Visa gift card, and third place will win a $50 Visa gift card.


Simply upload a photo of your costume and then encourage everyone you know to vote for you!

The photo cannot be an image you found online; it must be a photo of yourself, your child, or your pet. Photos cannot be heavily edited (e.g., Photoshopped, filters, etc.), and inappropriate images may be removed at our discretion.

Be sure to get as many votes as you can before the contest ends at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Friday, November 4, 2022.

Vote as often as you can for as many photos as you want! Your votes alone will select the prize winners, and you will be supporting a great cause that will help make a big difference in the lives of people with disabilities in Northwest Missouri.

With your contribution, we can help provide people with assistive devices, such as shower chairs, so they can remain in their own home instead of moving into a nursing home. The funds raised are used to provide assistive devices that are not covered by private or public insurance, government contracts, or grants. Our program is a funding of last resort for individuals who have exhausted all other options to purchase devices that allow them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes, and to remain productive and included members of their community.

If you are unable to donate online using a debit or credit card, we can accept cash donations at our office (during regular business hours) and apply those donations to any photos you choose.
