Get to Know the Pets and Heroes
Kaena has served the police department for 24 years and currently serves as Sergeant of Community Relations. She has 7 cats, 3 rescued from a police station, 2 from MHS, and 1 from a tree in Lahaina! Her upbringing inspires her to give back to others and create a lasting impact on younger generations, showing the "human" side of police work.

Biscuit, an 11-year-old dog, was adopted from Maui Humane Society. He’s known for his mohawk and underbite, obviously. He is a pampered prince who loves zoomies, cuddles, and his mom.
