Audra has served the police department for 23 years and currently serves as Lieutenant of Community Relations. She is a huge animal lover who has 1 adopted dog and 7 community cats. She is motivated by her family, community, and helping close to home after serving 12 years in the military.

Buggy, a 2-month-old puppy, was rescued by an MHS Humane Enforcement Officer in the old sugar cane fields and fostered with her sister, Honey Bee. Adventurous and curious, she loves exploring and meeting other animals, and was transferred to a partner shelter for adoption through MHS’ lifesaving program, Wings of Aloha.
