Get to Know the Pets and Heroes
Paul, the Communications Coordinator with the fire department, puts out “metaphorical fires” and makes sure all of the department’s technology needs are met. A former aerospace engineer and educator, he grew up with animals and hopes to have a dog again soon.

Goldie met her family through MHS’ Beach Buddies program and flew off island to her new home. Happy-go-lucky and affectionate, she loves toys and treats and has Olympic-level skills at digging in the sand.
