Debbie has served her community as an MHS Humane Enforcement Officer for 32 years, always dedicated to being a voice for the voiceless. She grew up with animals and currently has 5 horses, 6 dogs, 1 cat, and over 100 fish.

Gucci Mai, a 2-year-old dog rescued by MHS’ Humane Enforcement Officers, is a speed racer and true zoomie queen. She loves pool dips, pack walks, and playtime, and never turns down affection or a treat.
