Matt, a firefighter from the Lahaina Station on Engine 3, has a Pointer/Heeler mix named Ona and a Pit Bull named Honey, who he considers to be his best friends. As a firefighter, he enjoys helping both people and animals.

Ona, a 7-year-old dog, came home “as tiny as a phone” at just 5 weeks old. She’s her dad’s best friend, is incredibly smart, loves river adventures with her sister, Honey, and has a number of tricks she loves to show off.
