Misplaced Mutts is an animal rescue based out of Carteret County that work tirelessly to help homeless cats and dogs in our area and our surrounding areas. We are a foster-based program so all of our animals live in foster homes around the county with families to learn how to be the best pet possible to up their changes of getting adopted and landing their forever homes!
This fundraiser is being hosted by the AMAZING Joan Walker of Joan H Walker Photography, Joan H Walker PAWtography and Joan H Walker Art. The high quality photos taken by award winning photographer, Joan Walker at the event on her wonderful beach set up will be used for our contest.

Prizes
Three gift baskets from local businesses such as artwork, handmade candles, computer diagnosis, dog themed items, gift cards, etc
Rules
- Only dogs photographed at the event are allowed to participate in the contest
- Portraits taken from the fundraiser event will be the photos used
- 1st and 2nd place will be awarded by total votes at the end of the voting period
- A “Judges Choice” will be awarded by a secret panel of unbiased judges that will be announced after judging is over
