Pet's Story or Bio
Addison was adopted from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 10 years ago. She was 3 months old and since my father had passed away 3 months earlier (the month of her birth), her middle name was given to her in his memory (Robert). We have always said that she genuinely believes she is a dog. She plays fetch, "barks" at passing dogs, is very protective of us, and will do little "tricks" for her treats. She is an indoor cat, but she LOVES being outside. We have a leash and harness and occasionally take her out for "walks". During long car rides, I often pull over to the side of the road, take her out of her carrier, and hold her while she looks out the car window. If it were up to her, I know she would prefer to hang her head out the back window the entire trip... just like a dog :)
