Charlie was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas 5 years ago. It was love at first sight! He is the sweetest love bug ever! He loves sun bathing and long walks with his family. He was rescued by local woman who drives from Vermont to Texas and picks up 7-10 dogs on her own dollar! When the pups arrive to VT they go to their respective foster family until they find their forever home. Almost always these pups have a family all set to adopt them upon arrival! We just adore him 🤍
