Baloo is a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix rescued from Syracuse, NY. Because he was a COVID puppy, Baloo grew up thinking humans never leave the house — and that he runs it. Now he demands walks, dinner, and belly rubs on his schedule. Baloo is currently living his villain era in devil ears.
