Pet's Story or Bio
Regal, my 9-year-old Thailand Ridgeback mix, was rescued through Project Street Dogs Thailand & Northshore Animal League. Once fearful after surviving the dog-meat trade, he has overcome much of his anxiety through patience & care. Regal is my loyal hiking buddy and gentle soul who listens closely when spoken to kindly. He gets along beautifully with his best friend, Lolita, my 14-year-old calico cat, who is also a contestant. I moved to the Capital Region in 2017 for a fresh start, & without my faith, pets, and loved ones, I wouldn’t be surviving. Both deserve their face on the can!
