2025 Happy T’ales Beer Label Contest
10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 - 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 3, 2025

• The minimum donation for submitting an entry for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society’s Happy T’ales Beer Label Contest in conjunction with Brown’s Brewing Company is $10 per entry.
• Entries must be accompanied by a photo of one pet. No people, please.
• You may submit as many entries as you like. One entry fee per pet.
• All entries must be submitted online. We are not able to accept hard copies.
• Entries must be received by 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
• The 4 pets receiving the most votes will be featured on their own Brown’s Brewing Company beer labels, featured in a limited-edition 4-pack of Best Friends Lager. An artist will create a custom label based on the photo provided. The photo may be altered or stylized for the label design.
• Once entered, all photos become the property of the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and can be used, edited, or modified for print or marketing purposes.
• Any photo deemed inappropriate by MHHS staff will be eliminated from the contest.

• All animal species (other than humans) are eligible.
• Your pet does not have to have been adopted from MHHS to be eligible to enter.
• Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image.
• Acceptable photo formats are JPEG and PNG.
• Photos may contain only one pet.
• Photos must contain only pets (no people).
• A clear, high-quality image, especially of the pet’s face, is important.

• Each dollar donated to a pet's campaign represents one vote.
• Due to processing costs, a minimum $5 donation is required.
• All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
• All donations to the label contest are final.
• All votes must be applied to selected pets by the conclusion of the voting period to be counted.
• An email address is required to make an online donation so that a receipt with tax information can be sent to the donor. 
• Votes can only be cast through the GoGo platform.

• Entries must be received by 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

• Each will be featured on a custom label for Brown's Best Friends Lager!
• Two 4-packs of beer
• Two Honorary Committee tickets to Oktopurrfest on Thursday, October 9, at Brown's Revolution Hall.
• Framed portrait of your label.
• With permission, we will shoot a video of the one pet with the most votes and their family to be featured at Oktopurrfest!
