Enriching the Lives of Animals and the People Who Love Them
The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society has been serving our Capital Region communities since 1887. Each year, through sheltering, adoption, humane education, low-cost spay/neuter and many other programs and services, we touch the lives of over 7,000 animals.
In our new Animal Care Center and through our Saratoga Spay/Neuter Clinic, we are meeting the evolving needs of our community through new practices, programs and partnerships. Our community plays a vital role in our work. In 2018, our amazing volunteer force gave over 25,000 hours of their time.
As an organization funded by donations, it is only through the generous support of both individual and corporate donors that we have been able to make our new Animal Care Center a reality.
