Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 2020 Happy T'Ales Beer Label Contest! Monday, August 24, 2020, 10:00 am - Sunday, September 13, 2020, 9:00 pm
Contest Entry- The minimum donation for submission is $10 per entry.
- Entries must be accompanied by a photo and are limited to one pet per entry fee.
- All entries must be submitted online. We are not able to accept hard copies.
- You may submit as many entries as you like.
- Once entered, all photos become the property of the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and can be used, edited, or modified for print or marketing purposes.
- All photos will be shared during our virtual Oktopurrfest event, which will be streamed live on the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society's Facebook page on Saturday, October 24, starting at 6 pm. - Online entries must be received by Sunday, September 13, 2020, 9:00:00 PM EDT.
- The pet receiving the most votes will be featured on a Brown's Brewing Company beer* label. An artist will create a custom label using the photo provided. This specially-labeled beer will be available exclusively during the Oktopurrfest event on October 24. (Brown's Oktopberfest or another type, based on availability.)
- Any photo or caption deemed inappropriate by MHHS staff will be eliminated from the contest.
- The 10 entries receiving the most votes will be in the running for the title of Festmeister. These 10 contestants will be featured during the virtual event and live voting will take place to determine the Festmeister.
Eligible Entries- All species are eligible.
- Your pet does not have to be adopted from MHHS to be eligible.
- Acceptable photo formats are JPEG and PNG.
- Photos may contain only one pet and no people.
- Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image.
Contest Voting- Each dollar donated to a pet's campaign represents one vote.
- Due to processing costs, a minimum $5 donation is required.
- All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
- All donations to the contest are final.
- All votes must be applied to selected entries by the conclusion of the voting period to be counted.
- An email address is required.
Contest Deadline- Entries and votes must be submitted by Sunday, September 13, 2020, 9:00:00 PM EDT.
Winners and Prizes- The pet with the most votes will be featured on a custom-designed beer label. Winner will receive a framed print of label artwork, two 4-packs of beer and a gift basket with toys and treats. Festmeister winner will receive a Festmeister hat and gift basket!
