Buster was surrounded to Morris Animal Refuge in the fall on 2020, right before his 13th birthday. He was taken in by Tiny Paws Rescue and lived with a foster mom for almost five months while he was nursed back to a health. He's now almost 14 years old and one of the quirkiest little guys in Philly (the vet, trainer, and groomer can all vouch for him). Despite having had lifelong leg and neurological issues, Buster is a typical Yorkie with no fear and a big personality. He tumbles frequently and pops back up as if nothing ever happened. He loves water, walks in his stroller, staring deep into your soul, and posing for photos -- often in an outfit or accessory. Vote for Buster!
