Pet's Story or Bio
Pepper (brindle) was one of the “parvo puppies” rescued by Morris back in early 2020. We finalized her adoption paperwork a little over a week before the pandemic lockdown began and she kept us company all through the first few waves of COVID. This summer we decided Pepper would appreciate a permanent playmate and she did… eventually. Luna (blue Merle) has been a perfect addition, always happy to wrestle with Pepper and outgoing in situations where Pepper is more apprehensive. We’re glad to have her, especially since the state she was originally rescued in (Louisiana) was hit hard by hurricane Ida less than two months after her adoption.
