Babe was a breeder at a Lancaster puppy mill when she was rescued. She was very fearful because she was never socialized. After lots of love and training Babe is now going on walks in Philly. She is about 5 years old and had been living with me since PSPCA rescued her in 2020. She is full of Love and so happy to be a girl now.
