Known for his resting grumpy face, Sir Toby is a wonderful tomcat with a lot of personality! Adopted in 2020 from Project Meow, Toby has taken the time to open up to new friends and has softened from a street cat to a glorified couch cuddler. Adored by many for his petite frame, he has impressed many strangers and vets alike with his stubby legs, cute toe-beans, and daring green eyes. He also loves spending time outside to sunbathe and sniff while bird watching. Donate to help other wonderful animals and put his cute face on a mural :)
