Jasmine of Persian origin, meaning ”gift from God." Slew after my favorite racehorse 'Seattle Slew'
Jasmine-Slew was adopted from #MorrisRefuge July 2007
She passed away August 28, 2023 from Lung digital syndrome:
tumors attacked her paws
cancer ravished her body
she tried so hard until she couldn't try any more.
Jasmine was the most loving, affectionate cat I ever had.
her dying broke my heart.

Jasmine was my third kitty. Dylan, my first cat, lived to be 20 and Holiday, my second cat, lived to be 18. All were adopted from Morris Animal Refuge.
