About Us
Morristown Hamblen Humane Society is a controlled open intake facility with the animal control contract for the Hamblen County & Morristown area in East Tennessee. We are a small staff of compassionate employees and are working towards our no-kill status. The Humane Society's mission is to provide a safe haven for the animals in need, to promote adoption, reunite lost animals with their owners, and to humanely attempt to reduce pet over-population through the preferred methods of community education, aggressive spay and neuter programs, and maintaining relationships with rescue organizations.
