Billy was rescued from the shelter in Merced, CA at the last minute and spent about six months with an amazing foster family, before he found his forever home. He now lives in San Francisco and is a tiny real estate mogul, as the mascot for a vacation rental property in Palm Springs, that is owned by his people and named in his honor: Billy’s Astro Lounge!
