Pet's Story or Bio
Ray is a rescue from Fayetteville, Arkansas. My daughter worked there as a news reporter at the time, and during a story about overcrowded shelters she fell in love with this sweet Chihuahua, who had been abandoned. She is a constant source of joy to our family!
