As part of the Love Our Schools $50K Match Challenge (through February 15), the pet photo contest is raising funds for the Mountain Education Foundation (MEF). All contest entries and votes, as well as all donations at MEFtoday.org, will be DOUBLED! MEF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to serving students in kindergarten through 12th grade at Thrasher Elementary, Nolan Elementary, and Signal Mountain Middle/ High School. These schools rely on donations to MEF for annual grant allocations that fund 15 staff positions, along with technology, professional development, student activities, teacher recognition, and more.
