Phoebe is a kissing addict, and everybody she meets is her best friend! A true showgirl at heart, she loves attention and meeting new human and furry friends. She was surrendered as a puppy to a volunteer at the Houston Scottie and Westie rescue and found her furever home. Phoebe is a ray of sunshine that brightens anything in her zoomies running path.
