Calling all Pet Parents! Enter a photo of your dog, cat, or small pet (bunny, guinea pig, or rat) for your chance to be featured in our Third Annual Nevada SPCA 2023 Calendar sponsored by Findlay Toyota! The top votes in each category:

will win a spot to represent a month on the calendar and a professional pet photo session, compliments of the Bark Gallery! 

Your $20 entry guarantees that your pet will be included on a collage page in the calendar, AND you will receive a copy of the Nevada SPCA 2023 Calendar.

Winners in each category (top 5 dogs, top 5 cats, top 2 small pets) will receive a professional photo session - photos from this session will be used in the 2023 calendar. 

Online voting begins at 12:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Friday, July 1, 2022. Each vote is $1 and will further support our shelter animals and mission. 

Note: Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Nevada SPCA in order to enter! People are NOT allowed in your photo, only pets. One pet per entry.

The top 5 dogs, top 5 cats, and top 2 small pets (bunny, guinea pig, or rat) with the most votes in each category will be featured as our Pet of the Month. 

Each winner will receive a custom, mini professional pet photo shoot courtesy of Bark Gallery, Pet Photography. Photos from this photoshoot will be used in the 2023 Nevada SPCA Calendar.


All other submissions will be featured on a collage page in the calendar and will receive a copy of the calendar. 


Founded in 1982, Nevada SPCA (Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), is Southern Nevada's original lifesaving shelter.

We are a 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit shelter that relies entirely on the generous donations of animal lovers like you to make our lifesaving work possible. Our shelter does not receive funding from any large national organization, or any government entities; we are a completely independent non-profit.

Nevada SPCA takes in over 2,000 dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small pets annually, treating each and every animal in our care as an individual with a name, identity, and unique personality. Our goal is to place them into loving homes where they can thrive, provide companionship, and maintain rewarding relationships with their human family.
