Theo has the kindest soul. He has been blind for three years and doesn’t let that stop him. He has the cutest head tilt when he hears the word treat. He can sleep thru anything unless he hears the treat jar and it is the funniest thing to see him “jump” up from his nap. He is perfect!!!
