Ollie was blessed to have been fostered by the GOAT of canine den mothers (IMO) from Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue. Eight years ago we flew from Philly to Detroit to interview our prospective adoptee. We won the lottery when Jennifer agreed to place Ollie with us. Whereas our previous 4 sporting dogs (2 Gordons, an English Springer and a Small Munsterlander) were all extremely birdy, Ollie was introduced to us as "prey driven". She's respectful of her "electric" fence as the parade of rabbits, foxes and deer across her backyard provide endless opportunities to exercise her point.
