Dog's Story
Our Rescue Dog, Blu

After losing our soul dog, Shiloh — our beloved chocolate Lab — our family was heartbroken. The grief was felt by all of us, including Quattro, our black Lab and Shiloh’s biological daughter. The house felt so empty without him.

Then, as if by fate, we discovered New England Lab Rescue, and they led us straight to Blu — our sweet Texas boy. Within just a whirlwind of a week, Blu became part of our family, and it truly felt like he had been meant for us all along.

Now settled in New Hampshire, Blu has brought warmth, joy, and laughter back into our lives. He’s quickly learned to love his new home — especially the outdoors and those sunny summer days. Winter, however, is still something he’s learning to warm up to!

Blu completed our family of five, and every day we’re reminded that sometimes, the best things come when you least expect them — and that rescue dogs don’t just fill the space left behind; they heal it. 💙🐾
