Pet's Story
Odie is a ~ 13 year old beagle-mix rescue who warmed our hearts and lives about three years ago. He brings joy wherever he goes and never meets a stranger nor soft blanket that he does not claim as his own. Odie naps fiercely and runs as if a perpetual puppy, even in his dreams. His family has experienced the love of many rescue pets, but never one with such personality. He conveys so much with his many expressions. Whomever is in his presence cannot resist a smile and he seems to know this. Odie has stolen our hearts and it seems fitting for him to steal yours too. What other caption seems more fitting than, "I think it's beer:30 now, don't you? Here's to keeping it local, fun, and supportive of our community. So, as Odie likes to tell us, "What are you waiting for? Don't just sit there. Let's go!" Vote for Odie!

Pet's Quirks
Odie has major F.O.M.O. He is often found swaying as he tries to stay awake, sitting up with eyes closed, sometimes even snoring.
He sings along with you and holds his head back proudly to make the most beautiful tune.
He requires two blankets. One to lay on, one for burrowing.
Odie takes a minimum of two walks/two miles per day to close his exercise rings.
He is friends with skunks, deer, and rabbits but taunted by squirrels.
Digging and patrolling the backyard are some of his favorite past-times, second only to napping, eating, and walking.
Odie was once given treats by a sweet lady in the park. Years have gone by and he remains hopeful that others will do the same.
He loves running errands which almost always include places he can visit too. He rides in the car seated much like his humans.
We are fairly certain Odie does not know he is a dog.
