Pet's Story
We adopted Flo from a rescue in Florida where she was found in an abandoned house with 20+ other cats. They actually think she may have given birth to some kittens that were found at the house, but they unfortunately didn't survive between being abandoned and the rescue finding them.

We drove from Nashville to Florida during a hurricane to pick her up at only 1.5 years old! Sometimes she acts like a grown woman, and sometimes she's the 7-pound little girl who just wants some pets.

What started as a scared and stand-offish cat, from awful circumstances, has now become a loving girl who can't wait to climb into bed with mom and dad and get chin scratches and snuggles. She'll even let out a drop of drool every now and then when really relaxed and happy.

Pet's Quirks
Flo has no problem talking to you and letting you know that you're not paying enough attention. From bringing her favorite neon colored spring into the bed because she wants to "play fetch", to chasing ice cubes around the floor, it doesn't take much to make her happy.

She loves to lay at the back of the screen door and watch all of the birds and wildlife in the backyard. She loves to lick plastic bags until dad tells her to stop, and if you're not facing her in bed she has no issues giving you a (gentle) scratch to let you know "turn around and pet me".

When she's not hard at work of watching birds of playing with springs, she loves to roll on the floor with her stuffed animals and watch TV while she lays on the couch.
