Pet's Story
Bonnie Belle was chained to a small pen in rural TN. A friend knew about her and was able to convince the owner to surrender her. When I first saw her, she was not well taken care of. She was very dirty and full of mats. She lived in mud and filth with nothing more than a cut up plastic dog crate for shelter. All around her were green pastures and beautiful scenery that she could never get to. As soon as she came to my home, I think she knew she found her forever home. She’s a new dog now living her best life, eating good food and going to the dog beauty shop regularly to get her hair done, which she loves. She has a fenced yard where she can run or sit out in the sun and even watches her favorite shows on TV.

Pet's Quirks
Bonnie Belle is spoiled! When she started taking rides in the car, she realized how much people love seeing her. She has a route in Portland that I have to drive her on so she stops to “visit”. She loves going to the bank, utility company, Townhall, the drugstore, and any drive-thru at fast food restaurants where she knows people. She quickly learned that when we drive her route, everyone gives her snacks. I think she’s managed to train everyone she knows! She’s really a very smart girl! And I no longer have a name. I’m only known as Bonnie Belle’s mom!
