On top of being a mother to 3 boys, Rachel is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for Catholic Health & a trainer at a local kickboxing gym. Rachel still finds time to volunteer at the Niagara SPCA weekly, attend events and even arrange many "meet & greets" where some shelter dogs found their forever homes.
