Pat Proctor of Rainbow Air, Inc. has been an incredible friend and supporter of Niagara County SPCA throughout the years, helping several shelter dogs get adopted through the "Sponsor A Cage" program. Pat has an amazing following on social media and he used his positive reputation in the community to help shelter dogs get adopted on several occasions. Whenever Pat is asked to lend a hand at a charity event or fundraiser, he always says yes. He was the DJ of the annual Mardi Paws fundraiser where he helped make it a very successful event and he donates helicopter rides and more to help the shelter raise money.

Pat recently attended the groundbreaking of the SPCA's new surgical suite to show his support! He also came up with a great idea to help more shelter animals by putting their photos on Rainbow Air's tickets! He is a wonderful friend and there's nothing he wouldn't do to help the SPCA and that's why he should be named "Shelter Advocate of the Year!"
