Nominee's story
Ella Flynn is only 8 years old and on her own asked her parents if she could collect donations for the SPCA to help the homeless animals who she said, “need food and lots of love!” Her parents could never say no to that, so Ella went on a mission to collect as much dog and cat food and treats from Niagara County SPCA’s wishlist to donate to the animals. The SPCA couldn’t believe how much she collected in such a short period of time by asking all of her family and friends for help! Ella delivered the donations to the SPCA and she was ecstatic to see all of the animals and happy that she could help them. She will now be hosting a lemonade stand with her cousin to raise money for the SPCA,
