Celebrate your NICU grad with a special 1/4 page dedication in our 2026 NICU Grad Then & Now Yearbook. Choose your favorite Then & Now photos to create a meaningful tribute that honors how far they’ve come.

Your dedication not only creates a keepsake you’ll treasure, but also gives back. 100% of proceeds directly support NICU families through Hand to Hold®, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Please note: Yearbook ad purchases do not include a printed copy of the yearbook. Printed yearbooks are available separately.

Yearbook images are not exact representations of our 2026 NICU Grad Then & Now Yearbook, but will be similar. If you have any questions, please email photocontest@handtohold.org.

Pictures should be in color and only feature the baby/child being entered into the contest. The only exception is for multiples (twins, triplets, etc.). Please do not enter pictures that have parents or other individuals.

This form is for reserving a 1/4 page ad and does not enter you into the donate-to-vote contest. This form does not guarantee you will receive a printed yearbook.
