Lexi was introduced to me by the adoption volunteers at Nine Lives. She was hiding under a blanket, and her right eye was stitched. Lexi had been dumped in front of the Peninsula Humane Society, suffering from an eye injury. Nine Lives came to her rescue. Dr. Monica Rudiger, Nine Lives Founder and Vet, performed surgery on the damaged eye, and Lexi was recovering. It was love at first sight! Not only was she sweet and gentle, but she also sported the most amazing grey mustache! Lexi has brought such love and happiness to our home, and includes grandparents, parents, and children in her Circle of Love. If ever there was a "Christmas Cat Angel," she is the one!
