If you LOVE taking photos of your cat and want to help us save lives…..this contest is for YOU!

This year will be our third calendar contest......let's make this an annual event for years to come!

Submit your best cat or kitten photo (high resolution please!) for a chance to win the honor of "Cover Cat" or one of 12 "Cats of the Month" in our upcoming 2018 Calendar! To be eligible as one of the top 15 photo winners, your cat/cats MUST have been ADOPTED from or FOSTERED for Nine Lives Foundation!  Vote for your favorite photos and ask your friends and family to do the same.....it's a fundraiser so every $1 vote is a $1 donation to Nine Lives! Photos that bring in $50 or more in donations/votes but are not in the top 15 will be featured on special photo collages.... 

All proceeds benefit the Nine Lives Foundation No-Kill cat rescue shelter opening this fall 2017! Calendars will be available for purchase in November for $10 and make wonderful and unique holiday gifts and a great way to show off your amazing felines to friends and family!

Last year's calendar photo contest raised more than $26,000 to support our no kill mission! Nearly 200 photos were submitted and the majority of the cats and kittens were adopted from the Nine Lives Foundation! Every photo was included in the calendar....and nearly every calendar was sold! 


Enter and vote as often as you like between September 4^th & September 30^th! Each photo entry is a $25 donation and includes a complimentary copy of the 2017 calendar. All photos submitted will be included somewhere in the calendar, even if they are not selected as one of the top 15 entries. The competition gets intense as the top contenders fight for the honor of "Cover Cat" - Every $1 vote cast is a $1 donation to the Nine Lives Foundation! Ask your friends, family and co-workers to join in on the fun and help vote for your favorite photos!  Keep checking this website daily to watch us get closer to our fundraising goal with every vote! 

Photos must be of high quality & resolution to be considered for Cover Cat or Cat of the Month as they are enlarged to fit an 11 " X 10" page.  If we receive a photo that cannot be enlarged with adequate resolution,  we may ask you to submit another photo......Remember that the top 15 photo winners MUST have been ADOPTED from or FOSTERED for Nine Lives!
