Ernest came to Nine Lives from SJACCS suffering from poor health and starvation. He weighed in at only 6.1 lbs!! He is currently with a foster family who adores him and is working to improve his nutritional health, hyperthyroidism and to fatten him up. Ernest gets along with cats, dogs and pretty much everyone. He is an absolute love and his purr sounds like a tiny lion roar. Ernest is beautiful inside and out and I'm thankful to Nine Lives for giving this sweet old man a fighting chance.
