We adopted Meeku (original name Ellen) from Nine Lives in 2007 alongside Rafiki. We still remember Rafiki came up to us in the big room full of cats, and Meeku approached Rafiki and started licking him. We knew then we had to adopt both of them. Meeku is one of the sweetest cat we ever met. She is always purring and loves belly rubs. We are so fortunate to have her as part of our family.
