Minnie was turned into a local rescue with her 2 kittens. Her kittens tested FIV negative, she was FIV+, making her adoption a more difficult one. She lived in a huge dog kennel at the rescue for awhile because the local pet store didn't want her in one of their adoption cages. We opted to foster her, but a month later she grabbed our hearts & we adopted her as our own, thus a failed foster! Her "Mickey Mouse ears" on her nose give away why the rescue called her Minnie...we didn't have the heart to change it!
