I’ve had Eleanor (left) since she was a puppy, and she’s truly the best dog a girl could ask for. As time went on, I knew I wanted to give back and started volunteering with NMDR, where I was so inspired by the incredible work they do. One day helping with the offloading I met Penny (right) and knew immediately I had to bring her home. And thank goodness I did!! I brought her home in December and she had a few challenges due to her past, but we have been working through them everyday, and with Eleanor’s help, building her confidence. Today she does amazing on walks, in public, and is much more confident than the first day I brought her home. So grateful for all that NMDR does for all these pups ❤️
