I purchased Piper from a reputable breeder who said she would not show or breed her because of a weak patella. 1 year later Piper had either a stroke or encephalitis and is deaf and blind on her right side and has right extremity weakness. She is my support dog and she is the best companion and lap dog. She uses a litter box in our spare bathroom and she loves playing with a squeaky ball for play time in our apartment. She loves going on walks but is afraid of other dogs we meet soI have to pick her up. I love my little 6 pound bundle of energy.
