We adopted Penny from NECR in October 2020 during the pandemic. She is super goofy, super loving, and (somehow) easy-going and stubborn at the same time! Her likes include all food, kids, hiking, food, traveling, greenies, couch snoozes, and food. Her dislikes include loud motorcycles, delivery trucks, being cold, and not having enough food.
