Contest Rules

Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, August 29, 2022 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Any coonhound or beagle is eligible for inclusion in the calendar. However, only animals may be in the photographs. Please do not include any people. There may be multiple breeds or other animals in the photo as long as a coonhound and/or beagle are the primary focus of the photo.

Photos may be entered in one category only. Categories are COONHOUND and BEAGLE.

Photo entry fee is $10 and votes are $1 each -- Enter and vote as many times as you like!

By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work and that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your entry materials. Furthermore, you certify that your entry is a previously unpublished image and does not contain people, a place of business, a photographer’s signature or items with trademarks or brand names. Additionally, you authorize NECR to use your name and/or your pet's name in the calendar and related advertising.

NECR reserves the right to disqualify a photo for any reason including, but not limited to, content and reproducibility. Every effort will be made to allow you to resubmit an acceptable photo before the deadline.

Entries are not guaranteed placement in the calendar. However, every effort will be made to include as many photos as possible.

Photos become the property of NECR and may be used for any purpose, including but not limited to NECR publications, the calendar, social media, and on our website.

Northeast Coonhound Rescue is a 501(c)(3). Donations are tax deductible. All donations are non-refundable.

Voters/donors must be legal residents of the US. Voters under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
