The Cutest Dog winner will win a custom designed "Doggie Care Package" and the Cutest Cat winner will receive a custom designed "Kitty Care Package" and the Cutest Small Pet winner will receive a Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Swag Bag complete with gift cards. All winners will be featured in Northeast Ohio SPCA's summer newsletter "Paws and Claws".
