Lucina was from a high euthanasia shelter down in Georgia. She was brought up to the NEOSPCA. She was so terrified in the shelter and needed a foster. And that’s where we foster failed. With a little love, patience and quiet, she turned into our lovey, quirky, little lady. She loves to give cuddles, eat all food in sight, and play in the very middle of the night. She takes no guff from her brothers, and loves to give and get baths.
