The Hairy n’ Scary Pet Costume Contest will consist of three (3) categories, The Cutest Dog Costume, Cutest Cat Costume and the Cutest Small Pet Costume in Cleveland (this category is for other small furry or feathered pets only. Dogs or cats entered in this category will be are not eligible to win). Entries will be accepted beginning on October 1, 2021 and ends on October 30, 2021 at 11pm. Voting begins on October 1, 2021 and ends on October 31, 2021 at 11pm.
